Since the magic is related/the same as Sakura's, they are only sensing Sakura's magic and not knowing it's Sakura's so they just think they aren't sensing anything. I think it's actually because the magic is related to Sakura that no one THINKS they can't sense the magic. It makes no sense for magical people/beings not being to sense other people's/beings' magic besides their own. That doesn't make any sense since Syaoran can sense other magic (like the teacher's). With 33 more cards in the anime than in the manga, there's even more power at Sakura's finger tips.I think your theory is interesting and there are some points I agree with but I don't agree with the new magic from the clear cards being something related to Sakura and therefore only Sakura can sense it.
